HOW TO SEND YOUR INFORMATION

There are TWO ways to get your information to me - by email or by Australia Post. Please note that there are special extra instructions if you choose to email your information to me. Thanks!

• Full Description
  
  Please include as much information as you like. The more you provide... the better and more effective your listing will be! If you are unsure of what or how much to include, please browse through some of the other listings to see what they look like and what works well.
  
  
• Photographs
  
  Your home exchange listing fee includes 4 of your photos to accompany your listing.

SPECIAL EMAIL INSTRUCTIONS

If you wish to send all your information by email, please take note of the following special instructions.

• Email your information to: info@rockingham-tourism.com
• Please send all information as plain text. Do not send Word, Powerpoint, PDF, or any other file type.
• All photos must be .jpg format, and each photo must be less than 200kb.
• Please note: If you do not know how to reduce the file size of your photos, then please do not email them to me. Instead, post either the actual photos, or a CD to the above postal address.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

There is a listing fee of $30 per year to have a Home Exchange webpage in this directory.

• The listing fee includes 4 free updates per year.
• 4 photos are included in your annual listing fee.
• If you wish to cancel your paid listing from the site, then a partial refund may be made.
  If you cancel within 3 months, I shall refund $15
  However, if you cancel after three months, no refund will be made.
• When your page is ready, I will mail you with payment instructions. If you wish to keep your listing on this site, please make your payment within 14 days.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Please remember to advise me of any updates needed to your listing on a regular basis. Changed facilities, extra features, ... anything that is needed.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the info on your webpage is correct and up to date. Every care is taken, but no responsibility is taken on my part for any errors or inaccuracies.
• I reserve the right to decline to list any Home Exchange that I consider inappropriate for this directory.
• All pages will retain the same overall format as the rest of the site - same colours, graphics and layout.
• Please send plenty of information for your page, but note there will be a maximum size for your page.
• I reserve the right to edit, where necessary, what has been submitted.
• I will at all times endeavour to make any updates to your listing as soon as I can - however, there may at times be delays if I am away on holidays.
• It is beyond my control if my web server and domain host goes down for any period of time. This does happen occasionally, but is always resolved swiftly.
