RATES	High Season October - May $200 per night (minimum 2 night stay*) $950 - $1200 per week* Low Season All other times $150 per night (minimum 2 night stay*) $700 per week* *All rates negotiable for shorter / longer stays
CANCELLATION POLICY & CONDITIONS	If less than 48 hrs prior to booking arrival time - 100% fee is charged. 2 - 7 days notice a 50% fee is charged. 7 - 14 days notice a 25% fee is charged. If greater than 14 days notice is given - no fee (exception for High Season Holidays). All cases 100% refund given if cancelled date(s) are taken by another booking.
