ROCKINGHAM BEACHFRONT UNIT

This newly renovated unit sleeps 4 and is just 25m from Rockingham's lovely white sandy beachs and only 50m from the Cafe strip.

The unit is self-contained with a double bed in the main bedroom and a set of bunks in the second bedroom.

The loungeroom has 2 large 3 setter sofas as well as TV, DVD player and Stereo player not to mention beautiful views of the ocean from the front windows.

There is undercover parking for 1 vehicle and shared laundry facilities.

All linen is supplied.

The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with oven, grill, microwave and fridge/freezer.

Within easy walking distance is a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes as well as Post office, gym, hotel and 2 nightclubs. The local parks have large grassed area which are popular picnic spots in the summer months and they have BBQs scattered along the beachfront.


Local Activities include:

• Dolphin tours leave daily from the jetty opposite the unit if you would like to swim with or watch the dolphins
• Tours of Seal Island and Penguin island
• Scuba diving courses are run on the beach
• 2 nearby jetties are popular fishing spots
• A wildlife park is nearby if you would like to view some of the Australian native animals
