Situated directly opposite an access path to pristine, sheltered beaches it offers an idyllic holiday location for those who enjoy the beach lifestyle. At the end of the day relax with a glass of wine on the balcony as the sun sets over the Indian Ocean.

This beachfront holiday accommodation is located approximately 40 minutes south of Perth. Many of the exciting activities the Rockingham coast is renowned for are only a short walk away.

For those who enjoy the cafe lifestyle visit one of the many cafes, restaurants or wine bars on the Palm Beach foreshore, a five minute drive from the beach house, for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Alternatively walk to Pengos, on the beachfront opposite Penguin Island and share your latte with the pelicans.

The Beach House sleeps 7, in three bedrooms - 2 queen and 3 single beds.

Enjoy uninterrupted views across Penguin Island, Shag Rock and Seal Island from the lounge room, balcony or the main bedroom. Featuring a fully equipped, modern kitchen, airconditioning, gas log fire, spa, BBQ and spacious gardens the Beach House offers relaxing family accommodation all year round.

Children are most welcome, and with the many activities available at the doorstep they are in a for an action packed holiday.

RATES	December - January $1400 per week or $250 per night November, February - April $1100 per week or $190 per night May - August $900 per week or $150 per night September - October $1000 per week or $175 per night * Easter weekend - Good Friday to Easter Monday $200 per night. Minimum 3 nights stay, long term rates negotiable. We offer a 15% discount on stays that commence within 14 days of the booking date.
