BEACHSIDE RETREAT

Beachside Retreat is a self-contained three-bedroom villa situated 2 minutes walk from the beach.

With a spacious open-plan layout, Beachside is fully air-conditioned and sleeps up to 10 people (2 families). There is the master bedroom with walk-through robe, a second double bedroom with queensize bed, and a third bedroom with twin bunk-beds. The sofa in the lounge room also pulls down, providing a comfy night for two.

The bathroom is complete with bath and shower. Linen is provided.

The villa has a fully-equipped laundry and kitchen, including microwave and fridge freezer, adjoined by a spacious dining area.

The lounge room is sympathetically furnished and includes, TV, video, stereo and boardgames, ideal for nights in.

For those wishing to venture out, as well as being just 2 mins from the beach, the villa is close to Rockingham's café strip, yacht club, restaurants, and other local amenities and recreational facilities.

Outside is a picturesque, private garden with barbeque and outdoor furniture. There is secure parking for two cars. Pets allowed at owner's discretion.
