There are TWO ways to get your information to me - by email or by Australia Post. Please note that there are special extra instructions if you choose to email your information to me. Thanks!

WHAT TO SEND

Full Description

Please include as much information as you like. The more you provide... the better and more effective your listing will be! If you are unsure of what or how much to include, please browse through some of the other listings to see what they look like and what works well.

Photographs

The basic listing fee includes 4 of your photos to accompany your listing. If you have an accommodation premises, please remember to include a photo of the front of the building. Photos of the view are very nice, but people mainly want to see what YOUR place looks like!

SPECIAL EMAIL INSTRUCTIONS

If you wish to send all your information by email, please take note of the following special instructions.

• Email your information to: info@rockingham-tourism.com
• Please send all information as plain text. Do not send Word, Powerpoint, PDF, or any other file type.
• All photos must be .jpg format, and each photo must be less than 200kb.
• If you do not know how to reduce the file size of your photos, then please do not email them to me. Instead, post either the actual photos, or a CD to the above postal address.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

There is a listing fee of $50 per year (plus optional extras) to have a business webpage in this directory.

• The listing fee includes 4 free updates per year. Additional updates cost $10.
• 4 photos are included in your annual listing fee.
  10 photos will cost an extra $5 per year.
  20 photos will cost an extra $10 per year.
• If you wish to cancel your paid listing from the site, then a partial refund may be made.
  If you cancel within 3 months, I shall refund $25
  However, if you cancel after three months, no refund will be made.
• When your page is ready, I will mail you with payment instructions. If you wish to keep your listing on this site, please make your payment within 14 days.

HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT YOUR BUSINESS?

Having a webpage in my Rockingham Tourism directory will provide you with a simple and cost effective advertising solution, increasing your exposure and bringing more customers to your door. You will have a unique address which can be used in your advertising:

Some of the businesses listed here have received 75% of their bookings through my website. That is a significant income for the outlay of just $50 per year!

If you already have your own website, then it is still very useful to have an additional page within a larger site. As you know, it can be hard getting found through the search engines. Being a part of a larger directory will increase your exposure and drive even more traffic to your existing site!

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Please remember to advise me of any updates needed to your listing on a regular basis. Changed rates, new facilities, extra features, special offers ... anything that is needed.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the info on your webpage is correct and up to date. Every care is taken, but no responsibility is taken on my part for any errors or inaccuracies.
• I reserve the right to decline to list any business that I consider inappropriate for this directory.
• All pages will retain the same overall format as the rest of the site - same colours, graphics and layout.
• Please send plenty of information for your page, but note there will be a maximum size for your page.
• I reserve the right to edit, where necessary, what has been submitted.
• I will at all times endeavour to make any updates to your listing as soon as I can - however, there may at times be delays if I am away on holidays.
• It is beyond my control if my web server and domain host goes down for any period of time. This does happen occasionally, but is always resolved swiftly.
