Magnificent Sunsets with full ocean views from the balcony, Carinya Court is a first floor, self-contained two-bedroom unit overlooking Rockingham's beautiful beachfront and next to the café strip.

The holiday unit sleeps up to four people - the master bedroom contains a queen sized bed, Built-in wardrobe and TV. The second bedroom contains two single bunk beds, put-up bed available.

Separate shower room & toilet. All linen is provided.

The lounge room includes a Am/FM Stereo/CD player, Television, Video Cassette Player to enjoy from the comfy 3 seater couch and 2 armchairs. The unit iis heated, and there is an overhead fan in the lounge.

A fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer, stove & grill.

All windows have fly screens.

Shared laundry facilities.

Fantastic ocean views from balcony, with outdoor furniture overlooking great moorings & jetty beaches. A private boat mooring is available upon request (add. costs apply) - boat can be viewed from the balcony.

For the corporate traveler, you will find the unit is centrally located for work assignments at HMAS Stirling / Garden Island or the Kwinana strip. Freeway access to Perth CBD just 12 minutes drive away - or take the bus and let someone else do the driving for a change!

Undercover parking for one vehicle is available (ample road side parking for additional vehicles).

Sorry, the unit is not suitable for pets.

Things to do:
Carinya Court is adjacent to The Cruising Yacht Club and within walking distance to the local bowling club and many other local and recreational amenities. With the beach just metres away, there are 2 jetties to fish off, beach volleyball courts, a huge grassed park full of swings for the kids. Beachfront cafes and restaurants are all within strolling distance. Dolphin Cruises run tours daily and leaves from the jetty in front of the unit. Rockingham beaches are surrounded by excellent walking / cycle path for the more energetic holiday makers.
