COVENTRY COTTAGE

Coventry Cottage is a very clean and comfortable three bedroomed house situated in Shoalwater, near the picturesque waters of Shoalwater Marine Park and Penguin Island.

It is conveniently located in an area handy to all amenities and restaurants. The beach, shops and transport are so close - you won't even need a car!

The house accommodates six people, with a spacious open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, is fully self-contained and all linen is supplied.

Coventry Cottage is your "home away from home", and every effort is made to ensure you are well catered for - the house has reverse-cycle airconditioning, gas fire, T.V's, C.D., D.V.D., and video (D.V.D's and videos supplied for your entertainment).

Large fridge and microwave to a well equipped kitchen, and automatic washing machine and dryer to laundry.

The main bedroom has a queensize bed and T.V.

The other two bedrooms have two single beds in each - a total of four single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and built-in robes with dressing table and drawers.

The bathroom has a bath, shower and vanity, and there is an extra, hot shower outside for returning from the beach.

Outside is a large pergola area, complete with five burner gas B.B.Q., party lights, outdoor tables and chairs, and an extra, modern large fridge for your drinks and entertaining.

There is secure garage parking, and extra secure parking for cars, boat, etc. The backyard is fully enclosed, and your beloved pooch is always welcome.

Tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and chocolates are supplied for your arrival.
