This fully self contained and airconditioned modern two storey townhouse is located in one of Rockingham's premier beachside suburbs, Palm Beach. The beach is minutes away on foot via the picturesque Rotary Nature Park and the prevailing winds make your beach one of the most protected, with stunning views across the bay to Garden Island.

The location in a quiet cul-de-sac, and one of four independent townhouses makes for a private stay, only minutes from the central Rockingham cafe strip and waterfront shopping.

Your parking is fully secured in a two vehicle carport (medium sized boats or vans will fit).

All of your creature comforts are catered for, with reverse cycle air conditioning making a stay at any time of the year comfortable. For in house entertainment there is a CD player, television and DVD recorder.

Rockingham is well catered for you to explore the lovely coastline either on foot or water, tours can be arranged through the Rockingham Visitor Centre.

The accommodation consists of three upstairs bedrooms, with an ensuite for the master room and a shared bathroom for the other two bedrooms, each with a toilet. Also upstairs is a private balcony to enjoy welcoming the morning sun.

A linen closet is full of extras, and all linen is supplied on the beds and in bathrooms.

Downstairs the modern, fully equipped kitchen is the centre of the living area, with a cosy lounge and dining area to each side.

The outdoor patio area is there for you to take your living outdoors equipped with a patio suite and gas barbeque for the must do 'Aussie barbie'.

The laundry has an extra shower and toilet to cater from 'straight from the beach' visitors, and a washing machine and basin for convenience.

RATES	Off Peak Season $ 650 per week, or $150/night Minimum stay 3 nights Peak Season $ 750 per week, or $170/night Minimum stay 3 nights Longer term accommodations available at a reduced rate. These tariffs are for a maximum of 4 adults. Extra adults are charged at $25 per person/night. Families are most welcome. This is a non smoking accommodation and no pets without permission.
