Homestead Bed and Breakfast is a lovely homestead style guest house in Warnbro, Rockingham - just at the end of the Freeway off Safety Bay Road.

We are only a 5 minute walk from Warnbro train Station, or can be picked up from the station.

Homestead B & B is only a short walk to the beach and to a great English Pub / Restaurant, we are also opposite a lovely park.

We are in easy reach of Penguin and Seal Island, Palm Beach (the base of the Swim with the Dolphins and Dolphin Watch cruises), Marapana Wildlife Park, local wineries, public access golf courses and many top class restaurants and cafes.

Fremantle and Mandurah are only 20 minutes away.
Perth 50 minutes away.

We have two Queen rooms, one with ensuite and one shares a bathroom with a twin room, that has King size single beds.

Each room has TV with Foxtel, reverse cycle air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities and walk-in robe and a fridge, washer and iron in the laundry for guests.
