Manuel Towers self contained two bedroom unit is just a six minute walk away from Manuel Towers. Close to the beautiful beach and Shoalwater Marine Park, Penguin & Seal Islands. Just around the corner from the shopping centre , transport, and all facilities.

Situated in a quiet complex surrounded by lawns and gardens. With its own carport at the back. This ground floor unit is tastefully decorated throughout with floor tiles and blinds.

The open plan living area has two comfy sofas a coffee table and wooden cabinet for the, T.V. DVD.&.Music centre.

A courtyard leads off from this room. With a table and two chairs.

The dining area accommodates 6, with a corner cupboard.

The well appointed kitchen has fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, double sink. It is fully equipped with everything you will need for your holiday.

Separate from the kitchen is a laundry with a washing machine, ironing board & iron, plus a cleaning cupboard. This leads out to a drying area at the back.

The bedroom area is separate from the living area with a closing door between.

The master bedroom is bright and airy with a queen sized bed. Bed side chests and lights, a chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The second bedroom has two single beds, a chest of drawers and bed side chest with reading light.

The bathroom has a bath/shower, plenty of towel rails and there is a separate toilet. All lined, towels and tea towels are provided.
