Lots of travellers develop aches and pains from long flights, long drives, sleeping in different beds, engaging in different activities the body isn't used to. After you have worked for months to save for your holiday, when you are on holiday sometimes the body tells you that it is time to have some work done! You service your car before going on a driving holiday, but do you give your body a service?? When you are in a different place you generally don't know where to turn for help when you have aches and pains, but in Rockingham all you have to do in summer is go down the beach!
