Enjoy a relaxing stay by the beach at our comfortable, modern 3 bedroom fully self-contained holiday villa only 40 minutes from Perth - providing comfortable sleeping facilities for seven people ranging from Queen size to bunks beds. A cot is available on request.

The Villa has reverse cycle air conditioning, and a TV and video for your entertainment. (Video stores are only a short distance away).

The well appointed kitchen facilities include a microwave and electrical appliances. The laundry has a washing machine and clothes drier facilities. All linen including towels.

Relax in our villa or sit on the balcony and take in the splendid views of the beautiful and safe beaches of Rockingham. Outdoors, there is a BBQ and an outdoor setting for you to enjoy balmy, tranquil days and nights in our courtyard.

Rates:	As the price of accommodation varies with length of stay, time of year and other factors we are unable to provide a price list. Please contact us for a quote on your stay. As a guide, prices are about $700/week in the Summer (November through March) and about $500/week in the Winter (May through September)
