SURFSIDE HOLIDAY APARTMENT

Located opposite the calm blue waters of popular Waikiki Beach, this well appointed, comfortably furnished two bedroom apartment sleeps up to six persons.

There are two swimming pools on site, with the playground, walk/bike path and barbecue areas located across the road on the Waikiki foreshore. From the Waikiki foreshore it is also a short walk to the crystal clear waters of Warnbro beach.

The apartment is in a quiet complex and equipped with all that you need to ensure a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

The complex is situated a short drive from shops, cafes, restaurants, water sports, surf beaches, world class golf courses and popular attractions including Penguin Island, Point Peron, Dolphin Watch cruises, Garden Island and local wineries.

Drive 20 minutes south and you will find more touist attractions in Mandurah including the wildlife zoo, miniature villages, marina, shopping, and arts centre. 30 minutes North is the rich history and multicultural tastes, sights and sounds of Fremantle.

The living dining area is comfortably furnished with a six seater table and comfortable sofa bed, stereo (CD/tape/receiver) DVD player and 80cm TV.

There is one queen size bed in the main bedroom, two single beds in the second room, and a queen size sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen is well equipped with all cooking utensils including microwave oven (and microwave cooking utensils), oven, stove, kettle, toaster, electric frypan, electric wok, saucepans, cutlery, crockery, wine glasses, fondue set, coffee plunger, tea pot etc, as well as tea/coffee/hot chocolate/milk/condiment portions.

There is a family size washing machine in the laundrette, along with ironing board & iron.

All bedding (including pillows and blankets) provided. Linen packs (includes linen, bath towels, mats and washers) can be hired. Beach towels can also be hired.

Outdoors on the patio there is a small outdoor setting from where the pool area is in full view. For those with young children there is a stroller on site for your use and we can assist with the hire of baby equipment if required.

There is undercover or off street parking available, and a boat ramp nearby.

Leanne March 2007	We really enjoyed our stay at Surfside. The unit is very comfortable and well located to all services. It was great having the pool right outside our door, especially for kids. Being able to take a leisurely walk along the beachfront was also really great.

RATES	Minimum 3 nights stay  -  Prices for up to 4 people December - January $700 per week or $115 per night February - March $600 per week or $100 per night April - October $570 per week or $95 per night October - December $600 per week or $100 per night 3 nights minimum stay. For more than four guests there is an extra charge of $15 per extra person per week ($10 per person for shorter stays). Discounts apply for stays of 3 weeks or more. Ongoing special - stay 6 nights get one free! There is a $150 bond which is refundable within five working days provided the apartment is left clean and tidy and there are no breakages.
