THE BAY COTTAGE

We welcome you to share our family getaway. Although fully refurbished we have sought to retain all of the cottage's original character to provide a sense of truly being on holiday. The lounge with its extra high ceiling and rustic fireplace provides a relaxing ambiance, or you can sit in the sheltered veranda overlooking the garden. It is an ideal getaway for a couple, or there is ample room for a family or a group of friends.

The accommodation consists of:

• Lounge with TV, DVD and video player
• Large kitchen with dining area
• Main bedroom with queen size double bed
• Bedroom with double bed
• Bedroom with king size single bed
• Large bathroom
• Ceiling fans in all bedrooms (evening sea breezes to all bedrooms courtesy of the Fremantle Doctor)
• Rear covered veranda with tables and chairs
• Ample parking on driveway for car and boat
• Secure rear garden

The cottage has everything you will need for your stay including bed linen and towels. Just bring your own sunscreen and beach towels.

RATES	Winter $450 per week or $80 per night Autumn/Spring $550 per week or $95 per night Summer $690 per week or $105 per night Three nights minimum stay. Minimum of one week during school holidays. Discounts for booking of more than a week. Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
