Waikiki Cottage is a comfortable fully equipped three bedroomed house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location, just a few minutes car drive to the beach and close to local shops.

Entering the house via the front door leads you to the first of two comfortable living areas. Offering the ideal oppurtunity to relax away from the rest of the house.

The open plan dining kitchen/lounge, comprises fully equipped kitchen, dining area complete with table which seats four and lounge area overlooking the garden with patio door leading directly to enclosed entertaining area.

The lounge is furnished with two, two seater sofas, tv, dvd and video.

There are 3 bedrooms, all have built in wardrobes. Main bedroom has queen size bed and leads directly to the bathroom. Smaller bedrooms have single beds, on request a cot can be supplied. All bed linen is provided.

Bathroom is semi-ensuite and comprises bath, shower and basin. With separate adjoining toilet. Towels are included.

The utility room comprises of an automatic top loading washing machine, ironing board and iron, patio door leads to the garden.

The garden is mainly lawned with a selection of trees and shrubs ensuring complete privacy in this enclosed area.

The entertaining area is completely enclosed and runs from the rear of the garage, complete with outdoor setting and gas barbeque.

The integral garage is easily accessed via electric door.

The house comfortably sleeps four, however five can be accommodated by utilising the futon bed in the front living room.

The house is airconditioned which is complemented by a number of ceiling fans.

RATES	$550 per week high season & school holidays $450 per week low season. Rate includes all bed linen and towels. A non refundable deposit is required to secure bookings. Payment is required in full 14 days prior to arrival.
